A new catalog comes out every month with new clothes to collect. You need to be a member to buy clothes, but non-members can still buy backgrounds. The Gift Shop is a great place to buy new clothing, colors, flags and more. You will only be able to buy backgrounds if you are a non-member. Ofcourse you need coins to buy these things.
